My food was just left at the front desk of my hotel, even though I was outside the lobby waiting for it. I received a notification it was delivered & messaged the driver asking where it was as it was not handed to me. Driver never responded. Then I went on customer service chat to let them know & they had to tell me where it was left. By the time this happened my food was cold. I told them I wanted a refund as the driver ignored me, said nothing to anyone when they just left my food on the desk & now it was cold. I was informed I could bot get a refund but they would give me $7 credit for my next order. After I explained that grubhub cannot b used where I live so that would b no good to me, they still told me I could not get a refund. THEN I asked to speak to a manager & they did not get me a manager.
