I've only recently been standing up for myself on my orders that are contently missing items, or the quality of food is bad. I was so tired of wasting money, so I started to let GrubHub know every time anything was wrong or missing. Now my account has been escalated to a review and they won't even refund me for any items I actually paid for that was not in the order!!!! Nor bad quality of food. Which is not as bad, but if I PAID for an item that was not received, and they won't refund me, THAT IS FRAUD. I'm going to report them on any level I can find! Canceled my membership and will try Uber Eats.
