The app showed driver on his way. I’ve waited an hour. Now, it says my order is in the works and will be here in another 45 minutes.
I also do not like that I pay a tip on tax, delivery fees, and other fees. Unbelievable and unfair to Driver.
Consistent poor customer service. There are other companies to choose from.
I continually give this food delivery my business. Not any more.
