I have a new grub hub benefit from Amazon prime. I’ve used it 3 times. Tonight I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. 1 ordered of fries and 1 ordered of coleslaw from my local Popeyes. After I placed the order I decided to add mashed potatoes snd red beans and rice to the order. I went back into the app
To added these 2 items to my order . The app showed the additions and showed me the updated price. When the food arrived via no contact delivery I had one correct order for $47.00 including fees and taxes.and, a second order for 2 more sandwiches and a second order of fries for $37.00.
When I contacted Grubhub about the mistake I was told by4 different “customer care” specialists that once the food is delivered I could not get a refund. Really? Not my mistake, no way to know in advance and no contact delivery not withstanding. Really?
