The driver was an hour away and still accepted my order to deliver. Food was cold when finally delivered. They refused to give me a refund so I am filing a small claims case against them and sending a press release announcing the claim. They should be held accountable for literally taking money when they have no intention of honoring the terms of delivery. I even paid for priority delivery and still didn't get the food.
