I have been using Grubhub for quite a few years and I can say the service is getting worse!!!! What’s so bad about it they try to make it hard for you to get a resolution on my order and today 08/11/2024 I had my order delivered to the wrong address twice within an hour of ordering and when I got on the chat; they were sorry I had that experience and they tried to make it my fault!!! I’ve been at the same address for 7 years and I know they have a history showing they’ve been delivering to that address. They won’t refund me but have given me a credit for 30 days. Will if I can’t trust your drivers to deliver now; how can I trust them to deliver when it’s me using a credit for something I ordered and never got? This company really needs to consider the people they are hiring and how they train them. I want a full refund and no excuses. What happened was wrong on so many levels. Grubhub make it right!!!
