What a great offer I thought from Lyft... Grubhub discounts included. SO WRONG. Vacationing in Hawaii, and ordered dessert for my daughter after a long day out. Another wrong move. What was to be 20 minutes, turned into 1.5 hours. Driver did come in without signaling she had arrived. Took picture of dessert, looked around, and then took the dessert with her. Minutes later sending me text that she had delivered it. Customer service is not a thing for Grubhub. Needless to say, this shady driver will continue to do this to others to come, as they could care less when reported. And to see my 1 star matches all others reviews, seals the deal.
