Everytime I try to use them there is some sort of technical glitch.
I redeemed and downloaded a $100.00 giftcard. When I used it they still cgarged my credit card on file. There was no longer any evidence of the card on my account . I could only chat with useless AI for help. I hate them. I lost $100.00.
