I prefer to leave zero stars but I couldn't write this review without leaving at least one.
Their customer service is in the toilet. You receive automated already typed out answers, there's no one-on-one discussion.
I signed into my account, I have a huge credit, trying to place an order, the system would not take it and customer service, after 3 separate agents were contacted, all had the same prefabricated answer, and they can't fix anything. They send it to their customer service team whoever the hell that is.
If you're hungry don't try GrubHub.
