They make their drivers make multiple stops so your food will arrive cold and late.
They don’t offer refunds for delivering cold food, only a lame $5 credit (which they’ll bump to $7 and then $10 if you complain, but they’re hoping you accept $5). But that’s just a way to entice you to use them again. But I will not. They suck. And they don’t pay their drivers.
