They are awful a complete waste of time.Their customer service is terrible.They kept transferring me to different people.To all tell me the same thing, making me think that they were gonna help me.Instead, they made me sit there and waste 45 minutes of my life to get nowhere and tell me that I can't combine my credits.It's ridiculous and stupid
