Last week I placed 2 separate orders, one arrived, one didn’t. After contacting the driver, he said my order was canceled. 😞 I immediately called GrubHub, got a text that my bill will be credited to my next order. It wasn’t. Several days later, I get a message stating I won’t get a refund because my ETA is over 48 hours?! I messaged back of my complaint the same day and that I’m now deleting their App. Very disappointed that they kept my money when I followed procedure.
