Driver picked up food at 9pm from restaurant. Restaurant is three miles from my address that was to be delivered to.
1.5 hours later still waiting on delivery. Driver will not response to calls or texts.
I reached out to the Help Center out of concern since on the app I saw the driver just sitting in an industrial area.
They sent me a lousy $5 credit. I will not be using their service again. So the $5 credit is worthless
