I am having a major problem with Grubhub, and after a lengthy phone call and 17 back-and-forth emails, resolution is no where in sight. The problem is that my credit card is being charged monthly for a Grubhub+ subscription, but to my knowledge, I have never signed up for this service. In one of the emails from Grubhub, they told me that they cannot cancel my subscription because there is no subscription on my account! Yet, the automatic charges keep coming. Every time I respond to one of their emails a different customer service representative responds back. The new representative seems to ignore previous correspondence in the email chain. I am asked repeatedly for the same information. This is a customer service nightmare! I have asked my bank to block all future charges from Grubhub. Hopefully that will force the issue. This is unbelievably frustrating!
