Driver picked up an order 7 minutes from our house. Then drove 20+ minutes in the opposite direction. They then went to three other cities, driving through our city to get to another, before delivering cold food and melted milkshake.
Customer care is a joke. They don't, or can't, do anything to help.
Chat with them is a waste of time.
