I don’t think I’ve ever used a worse service in my entire life. I paid extra money to be a member so that I may get my food on time and maybe have some surety that the food I get is correct. 90% of my orders have arrived late and they just slap a $5 coupon on that instead of rectifying the issue. Also, on multiple occasions, the food I received was an incorrect order belonging to someone else. I reached out to the customer care chat, which in itself takes INSANELY long to reply. I offered to send them pictures of the incorrect order I received but was told that I’m ineligible to be refunded. So I waited 1.5 hours to get my food, only to get someone else’s order from an entirely different restaurant, never to be refunded, even when I was willing to send them pictures and receipts of the order that I got. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
