Out of 6 orders the last 30 days, 4 of them were either missing items or prepared wrong. When I reported an incorrectly prepared order tonight (and sent them photos showing how it was clearly wrong) the rep in chat told me I’ve reported too many orders and despite the photos proving my claim, they couldn’t issue a refund as a result. I get that there are people that will file false claims but I send photos of every wrong order. I should be able to either get what I ordered nd paid for, or they refund me.
