Driver who accepted order was extremely far away from restaurant. I had no chance to cancel. By the time online chat agent offered to cancel, the driver was almost to the restaurant. Then the agent prematurely canceled the order when I inquired about a partial refund instead of a credit. Maddening experience. I'm concerned the driver was not compensated for the long drive he made. Poor customer service and a poor experience for the driver, I assume, too.
