My food almost always comes late as drivers take side trips off the path, and 90% of the time, I have missing items or incorrect order fulfillment. I've had to go to restaurants to pick up the food as the restaurant wasn't vetted properly as pickup only.
Plus I often get different delivery drivers than posted as delivery agent. This tends to lead me to believe they aren't properly vetting their drivers.
