I drive for grubhub, their app doesn't work most of the time. You have to call customer care to get help marking an order as picked up.
You will call customer service or the customer to find a delivery address,
Then you will have to call customer service to get help marking an order as delivered.
And a majority of the calls to the customer service, the people who respond with Indian accent sound very arrogant.
Anyways the Company is losing its market place because of poor management and widespread dissatisfaction
