Ordered a meal at 4:00pm for 5:00pm delivery time. Grubhub pushed the delivery time out twice before they canceled it all together around 6:00pm. I called the restaurant and they said it happens all the time. They leave bags of ordered prepared food there and it gets thrown out. Grubhub compensates the restaurant for the food regardless of whether it actually gets delivered. Awful way to do business! 👎🏼
