My order was made for delivery to a friend in Oxford, MS (I ordered from Colorado). I received the delivery notice email, but my friend in Oxford, MS said she never got the pizza. I called Grubhub to report the incident, but the supervisor couldn't help with my issue. The total charge was almost $30. I went ahead and request that my personal information including my credit card data to be deleted.
