I have spent so much money on Grubhub and there has been a handful of times that I had missing items. Grubhub always made it right but I guess after some magical number of THEM not getting my order correct I must suffer and I get denied my $4 refund because they didn’t bring my soda with my order. I have video footage of it and they still just say sorry no refund because of this invisible number we the consumers are never told about. What is $4 over how much I spend and losing a customer. It’s simply ridiculous
