I placed an order as I always do with GrubHub.
I received two separate emails with two different charges stating that special instructions were placed with the order and therefore an additional dollar amount was charged. This particular order I had placed before with the same instructions and had never been charged extra. When contacting customer service via chat, the representative did not offer any type of solution other than "perhaps look at the total amount before placing the order". This representative totally missed the point that the order was placed and approved and confirmed with the original amount that I agreed upon confirming the order. I expressed my disappointment and have decided to no longer use this APP and services in the future.
