The service was once valuable, but has deteriorated dramatically in recent months. In the last six months alone I have placed 17 orders and only two were without error. Two of those I must attribute to the restaurant and that leaves 13 orders that were improperly handled by the drivers, and subsequent attempts to resolve the issues failed. The only option offered is a refund which may take days to appear, but the customer is left without the order. Customers who suffer a missed delivery are then forced to manually reorder and wait in the queue, silently hoping that this time the delivery will succeed. And the clock keeps ticking. Sometimes it takes up to three hours from the time of the original order until some sort of food arrives at the door.
And the help line could resolve the issue right away by just contacting the driver and having him return. So no, I am not happy.
