If I could rate a Zero I would. We ordered a late Valentines Day dinner from a great local restaurant. The time kept getting updated later and later, and the restaurant reached out to me saying the driver never came. I contacted customer service via chat and they said the order was "auto canceled". I asked who canceled it, and was told the restaurant did, which was not true! My card wasn't charged, but otherwise no concern from customer service at all! Do not use this service if you actually want to get your food!
