Past 2 orders I had missing items. Not the $, the principle is the issue. Either the restaurant or the driver needs to check the order. Grubhub refused to issue refund that was only $6.99 due to my "customer status". They ended the chat and hung up on me when I called. They lost a customer for good. Terrible experience.
