Similar story to others about Grubhub stealing money without actually providing the service.
Tried to put a pickup order through the yelp app and the business used Grubhub. I entered my info and payment information and after I clicked to place the order, I received a popup that there was an error in processing my order, so I ended up calling the business directly to place an order and paid at the restaurant. The next day, I saw a pending charge from Grubhub. I thought Grubhub would cancel the charge because the order couldn't go through on the app so I thought it would be taken off. The day after that, the fee was actually charged so I contacted Grubhub support, who told me that it was outside the 48 hour delivery ETA of when I had "placed my order" and that they could not refund me because the order was successfully picked up- despite what actually happened, which was that I did not pick up the GrubHub order because I had received an error message screen that prevented me from going any further.
Terrible customer service and no effort to remedy the situation.
