I have been ordering GrubHub ever since they launched the mobile app I spend on average about 3000 monthly on deliveries I can honestly say 70% of the time they are well over an hour and if I don’t contact the driver first and explain to call me and not to leave the food outside the total disregard to the description and delivery instructions today was the last straw. I have been waiting 2 1/2 hours for a Starbucks coffee that was $20. They will not refund me or cancel the order. No driver has been assigned. My coffee has been sitting there an hour and 42 minutes. There’s nothing I can do even though DoorDash is more expensive than GrubHub with my prime membership. All my future business will go to DoorDash.
