i placed an order on grub-hub and the restaurant was closed, i drove to the place only to see it was closed on a random Tuesday. the next day, im getting a call the order is ready and to get help it was the worse experience. 3 agents on chat asked the questions that your monitor should have showing and 2 on telephone The group order was for over 50 dollars. I am beyond upset and disappointed. I am spending half my lunch trying to get my refund. I hope a manager contacts me on this experience.
