My order was not complete. Grubhub accused me of having too many refunds and could not issue a refund even though I have never had a refund. I talked to a supervisor in their online chat then a live person and each said the same excuse. So how do they stay in business if they commit fraud? I called the restaurant and they said they have had issues in the past with Grubhub. I will be passing this information along to others and will never use this service again.
