I ordered my food and after 3 times the delivery window changed, I contacted them to find out they didn't have a driver for my order. I asked for it to be canceled and refunded. I was told that that is not an option because the food was already made. I went to get my food and delivered it to my child who wanted dinner an HOUR after I ordered it. By the time I was almost home, the driver showed up and GrubHub called me asking if I picked up my food. They knew I did because I was on the phone with customer care while I picked it up and told them that I was doing that. They marked my ordered delivered on time and now I have been fighting with them for 3 days to get a full refund since I had to do their job. I shouldn't have to pay for food I paid a premium for and did their job. The food was cold and if I would have waited it would have been 1.5 hours after I ordered it. They are refusing a refund. Instead, I got a $2.59 refund and a $10 credit I don't want because I will not use this service again. My order was $19.87. Does anyone have any ideas on who to contact for a refund????
