I would like to preface this by saying that I am not typically a Karen. I have had GrubHub for probably a year now. I have received my orders hours late, delivered to my neighbors houses, or simply not delivered at all. For the sake of getting my food, I explicitly stated in the instructions that my house is the only yellow house on my street. Somehow, my food ends up at the pink house next-door, or at the blue house next-door, or on the yellow house two streets over. It is truly baffling to me, how this company manages to stay in business with its unprofessional management.
