Grubhub let me place an order through a restaurant that was closed and proceeded to say my food was delivered. Food never arrived, as the store was not open. Lost $54 (food plus driver tip).
When I tried contacting Grubhub for a refund, they refused, saying it was 48 hours later.
Needless to say I won’t be using them again.
