I ordered $80 of food from Raising Cane's for my family. 10 minutes before the scheduled delivery time I get a text saying my order was cancelled. A few minutes later, some guy calls to let me know that my order was cancelled due to problem with their computer. When I called customer service I was told that the driver's car broke down & that's why my order was cancelled. Apparently there's only 1 driver available in Henderson, NV. Then after complaining about the 3-5 business days to get my money back, I get another call from Customer Service. This one said something about the driver's card wasn't good. When I asked about what does the driver's card have to do with my order, the rep told me that since Cane's isn't affiliated with GrubHub, the driver has to pay for my food. The idiots working for this company are incompetent. Why should I pay upfront for food if it gets cancelled last minute & then I have to wait a week to get my money back. Never again.
