Submitted an order for delivery. Driver “delivered” the order but it was no where to be found and the photo provided was a zoomed in photo of the bag the food was in. Literally zero background in the photo. Contacted Grubhub and they said they could re-order the food. I asked if I could pick it up to ensure I would get my order and they said no. After 40 minutes I received a notification that my order was canceled by the restaurant because the driver was too far and the restaurant was closing. That part is on the restaurant. But why on earth would Grubhub even allow the order to be submitted if it wasn’t able to be picked up on time? After that customer service said there was nothing else they could do. Awful service!
