We received a wrong sushi roll, so I immediatly contacted Grubhub and was told our account would be refunded; however, it wasn't. When I contacted Grubhub again, I was told that my request the request was not in the system so the refund cannot be given.
I will now take a screen shot whenever I have to request a refund. It is sad that you cannot trust a business that is unreliable.
