I wish I could give ZERO stars. Multiple issues with multiple orders. Today was the last straw. I ordered lunch for our school VP and Principal for Principals Day. It was set to be delivered at 11:30. I had tablescaped a beautiful table for them, and had multiple activities planned. At 11:32 (2 minutes after it was set to arrive) GrubHub canceled my order. As a school teacher without an unlimited amount of time for a lunch break, had to come up with a plan to provide them lunch. This meant that their scheduled lunch was late and I did not get a lunch because, yet again, I was fixing GrubHubs error. I DO not recommend GrubHub. They have canceled multiple orders or portions of orders on us. Once, our order was delivered to another address and the driver kept the money and 25% tip. Two other times, instead of calling or texting, they left out one person's order from our group order out because the protein selected was not available. Terrible customer service. They do not understand that people depend on their service to be fulfill their commitment to the customer, otherwise we may not get to eat. Not worth the headache. Try a different service.
