The order was not even completed correctly. It was delivered over an hour late without notification. It was cold, it was mishandled. So that items spilled all over in the actual bag. Order number 28512973-2683914. When I requested help I was told "Your request (296477494) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
After two days of responses from 4 different people that repeatedly apologized asking for me detailed information I received this "Hi Charles,
