Consistently denies refunds after I have not gotten what I have paid for, gotten the wrong order, or delivery person said they delivered but did not. The company pays and treats drivers terribly, so it is no surprise they are overworked and mistakes are consistently made. Grubhub was good for a few years, abysmal now.
Stop giving them your money, it used to be overpriced, now its just comically bad and overpriced.
