I placed an order through a restaurant for 2 meals to be delivered by GrubHub. The restaurant contacted me to say they were out of food for one meal, so I cancelled the entire order. GrubHub still charged me for part of this order, which I cancelled, and has refused to refund the remainder. If I had at least received the half I was charged, that would be one thing, but I never received it at all. I notified them immediately, but after countless emails and texts back and forth, now they say it has been too long to provide a refund. I will never use GrubHub again. Very poor customer service.
