I don't know how it happened, but the order went through when I was just trying to see the price. I cancelled within seconds. A message came up that I was successfully able to cancel due to the order not being started. Then, in a few more seconds, I got a message that said there was an error and to contact Grubhub through chat. By the time I got a person I was told that I was no longer able to cancel it. I would have never paid $43 for $20 worth of food. When I complained, I was just offered a $7.00 credit. Yipee! It doesn't matter because I won't be using them again.
