If I could say negative 10 stars I would. This was my first experience with Grubhub. I pre-order 2 hours before I wanted food delivered and it came 30min past the specified time. I called the restaurant and they said they had no delivery orders. I noticed the grubhub driver had supposedly been waiting on order for 15min. I reached out to him and he stated the order was just getting done. As a reminder, the restaurant (Captain 'D') already stated there were no online orders and I needed to contact Grubhub directly. I did that and the response was they saw no order for me or where the delivery driver was from. They said I would have to contact the restaurant directly. I gave up on the idea that either company was going to own there mistake. Doordash is much better.
