This company has no problem taking your money charging huge fees and not taking responsibility for their errors. I placed the order and payed. The driver goes to pick up the order which they personally (the driver) have placed on your behalf. She takes it upon herself to change the order to much less and cheaper food then drops it off. She leaves before you can check it. Restaurant confirmed driver ordered the wrong items. Grub hub wanted us to call the driver and work it out. When we told them that fixing this and working it out with their hired employee is not our responsibility. Long story short food ordered to get 5 people, just under 60 bucks, good received 4 orders of the cheapest item on the menu. Company response you can wait 5 business days for them to fix it as they are unable to correct the order or reorder what should have came. Must be nice to be able blow money like that and not worry. I personally do not have the money to do that. This was a special treat for us and grubhubs inability to provide the service I paid for means not everyone got to eat and those who did couldn't even fill up on what was delivered. Shame in you grab hub.
