First night using Grubhub was told thirty minutes after order was confirmed the restaurant didn’t have a dish. So they started my order over again and had to wait another hour for it to arrive.
Second night told me 30 minutes after they told me the order was confirmed that the order Was cancelled because it “couldn’t be fulfilled.” Restaurant was still open. This was around 930 so most restaurants started to close. Told me 3-5 days to get a refund.
Used Doordash for months and never had one single issue. Deleted my Grubhub app, felt the need to write this review and will never use again.
