I had ordered from a particular restaurant using GrubHub. The first time it was canceled, I was told the restaurant was closed, which they were not. After talking with the owner, It was confirmed they were not closed on the weekend. Yesterday I order from the same place around 7:30 pm. I received another notice telling me they ran out of the food I like. I was sent an email with no explanation of why they canceled my order. It was when I chat with them; the rep told me the reason was they ran out of the soup. I will not order from GrubHub for a while and for the restaurant, they will never use GrubHub again.
