Gave them a second chance and they screwed me twice. The very first time I ordered from them the order was late and they got the entire order wrong. I think they gave me someone elses order. But they refunded me so I figured Id give them a second chance. Tonight I ordered a burrito, chips and salsa and a drink. I requested plastic ware and napkins as Im at a hotel. order placed at 650 pm with a 45 min time. It was delayed 3 times and finally arrived at 830pm. The drink was warm, the food was cold, no salsa and no plastic ware or napkins. The restaurant was 2 blocks away, next time Ill walk in the rain myself. Never again Grubhub.
