I placed an order at 1:00pm from a restaurant that was literally a block a way, I couldn’t pick it up my self, only because I was working and care giving for a client that could not be left alone. The arrival time keeper changing from 1:20 to 1:45 to 2:15 before I knew it, it was 4:00pm and then I finally get a call from the driver saying she will be on her way in 15min. Wtf! That’s ridiculous!
