This is the worst service ever. I ordered food on 7/17 and the restaurant did not open until 5pm so I had to place a preorder. I received several texts each moving the time of my delivery until I received a text stating my order was cancelled. This was 1-1/2 hours after I placed the order. I went onto chat on GrubHub and was told the restaurant cancelled my order please place it again. I went onto GrubHub a second time and placed the order again. This time it was after 5pm but there was no option on the website for ASAP delivery. The only choice was preorder. I placed the order and was told it would be picked up as soon as I placed the second order. Another 1/2 hour went by and I was told to contact the restaurant. I called the restaurant and GrubHub called them and cancelled the order the first time and the restaurant had my food ready, they were just waiting for the driver. I called customer service this time and was told "sorry for the inconvenience but I have to treat this as a preorder" and they could not send a driver out for another hour. I told them it was their fault, not mine but they would not go pick up my food for another hour. I told them to cancel the second order. I will never use their service again. Terrible. There is no call for this treatment or service.
