Red Robin Order was missing milkshake, Burger was cold and soggy So they refunded me for the shake and burger after having to contact customer service twice. Now I still end up paying 14.00 for a side of broccoli and cold fries. I was warned about Grubhub but took a chance. Stupid me. What an aggravation on a Saturday afternoon. Now I find out they wont refund for a week AND they have blocked my ability to leave a review. UNREAL!
